Depart the US today on board your United Airlines flight bound for Tokyo, Japan. DAY 02 ARRIVE TOKYO Welcome to Tokyo! On arrival at Narita International Airport and after clearing government formalities, please exit the arrival hall where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. DAY 03 TOKYO This morning, enjoy a private sightseeing tour of the city visiting the Imperial Palace Plaza, the Meiji Jingu Shrine. Drive by the Akihabara Electric Town, the Asakusa Kannon Temple & Nakamise Shopping Arcade and Ginza before being transferred back to your hotel. Afternoon is free at leisure. DAY 04 TOKYO Free day to explore the city at your own pace. DAY 05 TOKYO – HAKONE (Mt. Fuji) – KYOTO Full-day excursion to Mt. Fuji &Hakone, including: Fifth Station of Mt. Fuji, Lake Ashi excursion boat and Komagatake Ropeway and lunch. Continue to Odawara train station and take the bullet train to Kyoto DAY 06 KYOTO Morning private sightseeing tour of Kyoto. Visit the Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple (Gold Pavilion) and Higashi Honganji Temple (if closed, you will visit the Kitano Temmangu Shrine instead. Last stop would be at the Handicraft Center. DAY 07 KYOTO Free day to explore the city at your own pace. DAY 08 DEPART KYOTO (Osaka) Transfer to the Kansai International Airport for your departure flight home.
